Key Responsibilities

Providing an outstanding guest experience during events and banquets, while supporting your team wherever needed.
Delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a banquet setting.
Setting up and breaking down banquet rooms, ensuring flawless presentation.
Attending to guests' needs and requests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Anticipating and addressing service challenges to create a seamless dining experience.
Collaborating with the kitchen team for efficient event execution.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming banquet space.
Assisting in welcoming and training new team members.
