Location: Aberdeen

Salary: DOE

Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential duties & responsibilities

Carry out reactive and PPM works.
Attending Gas/Air Con/Electrical works repairs and PPM.
Working part of a mobile team in the North of Scotland.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Knowledge & Understanding

Minimum 10 years’ experience.

Personal Qualities/Skills

Good communication skills
Experience with CAFM system
Experience in dealing with customers front facing

Experience in submitting quotes and ordering materials

Strong background in gas, electrical and air con

Qualifications

Recognised apprenticeship
18th Edition

FGAS qualification
Commercial or domestic gas qualification
Unvented Hot Water (desired)
