About the role

Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award. The final salary will be adjusted accordingly once this has been agreed.

Support service users to access local community facilities;
Help them develop independent living skills;
Empower individuals to achieve their personal goals through a person-centred approach.

A full driving licence is essential, and you should be comfortable driving social transport vehicles as part of the role.

We’ll provide comprehensive training and regular supervision to support you in your work.
