Your role

Create exceptional guest experiences by delivering the high standards of service, hospitality and operational excellence that define the Etihad Lounge experience, while supporting the achievement of OGSM and NPS targets.
Support lounge performance by identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction, drive ancillary revenue and deliver seamless service throughout the guest journey.
Be the face of Etihad in the lounge, welcoming guests as an EY Host and providing personalised support across reception, concierge and hospitality services.
Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining accurate pre-flight and post-flight reports, completing shift administration and keeping lounge systems up to date.
Work closely with lounge partners to maintain a premium environment, ensuring service standards are consistently met and any issues are quickly resolved.
Engage with guests to understand their needs, create memorable interactions and continuously improve the lounge experience.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 21 at the time of application.
High school certificate.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an airline, premium lounge or hotel customer service & hospitality role.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Positive, confident, flexible and approachable attitude.
High standard of personal grooming, presentation and professionalism.
