Your role

Lead all aspects of life in the community, ensuring smooth 24/7 operations
Motivate and support a multi-disciplinary team to achieve great results
Work with the Chef Manager to deliver high-quality, value-for-money dining
Build strong relationships with residents, leaseholders, and stakeholders

Effectively manage and market voids

Ensure compliance and safety across housing and care services

Your skills

Passion for creating vibrant communities for older people
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Financial and business awareness
Ability to stay calm and empathetic in challenging situations
Confident using IT systems
