Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. In this vital role, you will support the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing accounts and financial records. Duties

Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers using Sage accounting software.
Perform data entry tasks related to invoices, receipts, and financial transactions with precision and attention to detail.
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Assist with month-end closing activities by preparing reports and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain organized financial documentation for audit readiness and internal review.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Sage Accounting software
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial services industry standards.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
