Job Summary:

The Yard Worker is responsible the loading, picking, stacking, tidying, servicing and general organising of all Scaffolding materials. The Yard worker assists the Materials & Logistics Supervisor wherever required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for loading and offloading all Scaffold Materials using the forklift or manually handling in a safe manner.
Organizing, picking, stacking, and tidying of all scaffolding materials
Daily recorded safety checks on all forklifts.
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all Scaffold materials to a quality and safe standard
Housekeeping of yard inside and out
Ensuring all tasks which have been assigned from the Materials & Logistics Supervisor are understood and completed accurately and on time.
Assisting the Materials & Logistics supervisor in their day-to-day tasks whenever required
Ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and adhered to signed off SOPS

Qualifications

High Energy, Reliable, Focused, Hardworking
Organised
Effective communication skills
Can follow instructions.
Good time management skills
Attention to detail.
Forklift license is preferred
