Pilates Reformer Instructor – All Active Pilates & Physio

At All Active Pilates & Physio, our mission is simple: to help people move better and feel better through expert guidance, evidence-based practice, and a welcoming community atmosphere. We are expanding our team and are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pilates Reformer Instructor who shares our passion for empowering clients through movement.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will contribute to the high standard of care and teaching that All Active is known for. Our clients value personalised instruction, supportive coaching, and knowledgeable staff who understand the body and its capabilities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping clients build strength, confidence, mobility, and long-term wellness.

What You’ll Do

Lead uplifting and purposeful Reformer classes that are accessible, safe, and enjoyable for all clients - from beginners to long-term members.
Use your understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to design thoughtful, progressive class sessions.
Offer clear instruction on technique, breathing, alignment, and modifications, ensuring every client feels supported and successful.
Contribute to a warm, professional, and welcoming studio environment where clients feel valued each week.
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented Reformer studio to ensure a positive client experience.
Support clients in discovering the broader services we offer, including physio-led Pilates, physiotherapy assessments, sports massage and strength classes.
Stay up to date with industry trends and continually refine your teaching to deliver the best possible experience for our clients.

What We’re Looking For

Experience teaching Reformer or Pilates classes.
Strong knowledge of exercise science, including anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
Confidence teaching clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels, including those attending for rehabilitation, general fitness, lifestyle changes, and long-term wellbeing.
A positive, encouraging teaching style that reflects our ethos of patience, progress, and empowering clients for life.
Reformer /Pilates certification (essential).
