Your Role:
As our CNC Turner with Fanuc experience, you'll be a key player in our production team, operating and programming CNC lathes to produce precision components. Your mission? To ensure the highest quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes, contributing to our reputation for excellence.
What You'll Need:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with Fanuc controls
- Proficiency in CNC turning and programming
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong Health and Safety knowledge
- Disciplined approach to manufacturing and quality
- Energetic, dynamic, and a "can-do" attitude
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience with other CNC control systems
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Relevant Health & Safety qualifications
- Recent experience in a manufacturing workshop
- Proficiency in MS software packages
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
- Produce high-quality precision components
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Ensure all work adheres to Health and Safety standards
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
