Location: West Midlands
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced time-served joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with laminated plastics, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and install joinery components using laminated plastics
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements

Time-served joiner with relevant qualifications or apprenticeship
Proven experience working with laminated plastics in a joinery or fabrication setting
Strong understanding of joinery techniques and materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Desirable

Experience in bespoke or commercial joinery projects
Familiarity with CNC machinery or edge banding equipment

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

With overtime opportunities
