Overview
As a Compliance Assistant you will support the Compliance team with administrative and practical tasks while developing knowledge, skills, and experience through structured on-the-job learning and formal training.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own workload, contribute ideas for improving processes, and gain exposure to a variety of compliance and regulatory areas across the business.
No prior compliance experience is needed – we'll provide full training and guidance to help you grow.
Working Pattern: Part-time, 21 hours per week. Hybrid working with one day per week in the Ipswich office. Working days and hours can be discussed; however, availability on Fridays until 4pm is required.

Play a key role in keeping our compliance processes running smoothly.

Manage compliance mailboxes and respond to queries.

Maintain important records to help ensure we meet our compliance regulations.

Assist with preparing reports, tracking training completion, supporting projects, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
