Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Courier/Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods across designated routes. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and commitment to excellent service will help us build lasting relationships with clients and uphold our reputation for dependability. Responsibilities

Safely operate your own car or van to deliver packages, goods, or supplies to various locations within assigned routes
Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines
Load and unload items, often requiring heavy lifting and physical stamina
Verify delivery details with customers upon arrival, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and mileage in company logs or digital systems
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding delivery status or issues encountered
Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times

Skills

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar courier role with a strong understanding of commercial driving practices
Valid driver’s license
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks comfortably throughout the shift
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Warehouse experience is a plus for loading/unloading tasks and understanding inventory handling
Knowledge of local roads, navigation tools, and route planning techniques
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills
