We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join Tannedlux Ltd. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring the salon is clean, organised, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service.
Explaining tanning services, packages, and products to customers.
Processing payments through the till system.
Cleaning and sanitising tanning rooms and equipment to a high standard after each use.
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and salon.
Restocking products, towels, and salon supplies.
Promoting memberships, retail products, and special offers.
Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Opening and closing the salon when required.
Supporting the salon team with day-to-day operations.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and cash handling skills.
Previous experience in a salon, retail, hospitality, or customer service role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
