About Us

Lyons Share Hospitality delivers high-quality, modern food experiences across events, venues, and bespoke catering.

The Role

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking General Assistants to support our day-to-day venue and kitchen operations.

This is a hands-on, varied role that will involve assisting with light kitchen tasks, pot wash, basic food prep support, customer service, and helping the team during busy service periods and events.

It’s ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced hospitality environment and is happy to get stuck in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the kitchen team with light prep and basic food handling tasks
Pot wash and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and service areas
Assisting with general cleaning and keeping workspaces organised
Serving customers through the hatch during busy periods
Helping with basic front-of-house support as required
Assisting with setup, service, and breakdown during events or busy trading periods
Supporting stock movement, deliveries, and general operational tasks
Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

Positive, reliable, and hard-working attitude
Willingness to support across different areas of the operation
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Flexible approach to shifts, including evenings, weekends, and events
Ability to stay organised and maintain cleanliness standards

Desirable (but not essential)

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or kitchen support
Basic food hygiene knowledge
Experience in customer service
Experience working at events or in busy service environments
