Full job description

Company Overview:

Meridian Medical Limited leading UK-based contract manufacturer specialising in high-quality single use medical devices. Our manufacturing facility is based in Littlehampton West Sussex, and consists of Injection moulding, cleanroom assembly and warehouse operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our quality team and contribute to our mission of delivering safe, innovative products to the healthcare industry.

Position:

The quality administrator role is to provide efficient practical and administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs Manager and to support the Facility quality assurance, as well as assist our customers.

The position is 100% onsite, full-time position. This is an existing position and depending on start date will have handover with the current team member.

Key responsibilities:

· Recording weekly production scrap for each of the production areas.

· Document management and change control.

· Monitoring and sending production products for various different lab tests

· Cleanroom Particle counting

· Cleanroom Biological testing

· GMP testing of the cleanroom staff Admin and Assistance

· Archiving cleanroom paperwork from the various production batches

· Updating production management system with the current MSDS/TDS reg documents

· Production Batch card checking and sign off

· Internal auditing of the various departments.

Skills Required:

· Great organisation and time management.

· Ability to communicate well with the with the wider team as well as customers and suppliers.

· Be able to work Confidentiality.

· Excellent administrative skills.

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Use of standard office software packages on PC.

· Work on own initiative to meet daily and weekly work schedules.

· An understanding of clean room operations and their standards.

Training:

· Full training in the company’s internal systems and programs whilst working alongside the Quality Manager and current Quality Engineer.

Benefits:

· Normal office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, 1:30pm Friday.

· 28 days paid holiday per year (including Bank holidays).
