We are seeking Martial Arts Instructors to support existing classes at G Force Martial Arts HQ in Ascot, Berkshire, while also helping launch and deliver sessions across new locations in the surrounding areas.
About the Opportunity
As a Martial Arts Instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering structured classes, inspiring students of all ages, and maintaining the high standards that G Force Martial Arts is known for.
Alongside regular classes, instructors may also support:
- Weekend gradings
- Skills workshops
- Community and promotional events
- Instructor development programmes
- New club launches
Many instructors increase their hours and earnings through additional classes, workshops, leadership responsibilities, and progression opportunities within the organisation.
For ambitious candidates, there are even future opportunities to operate their own G Force Martial Arts school.
What We're Looking For
This opportunity would suit someone who:
- Lives within 30 minutes of Ascot, Berkshire
- Has access to their own transport
- Has a minimum of 6 months' training in a striking martial art
- Has at least 1 year of coaching, teaching, personal training, fitness instruction, or similar experience
- Is confident coaching both children and adults
- Wants to develop professionally within a structured martial arts organisation
Experience in the following disciplines would be advantageous:
- Kickboxing
- Karate
- Taekwondo
- Other striking martial arts
You do not need to be a black belt.
We are looking for individuals who are professional, coachable, reliable, and confident leading or supporting group sessions.
About G Force Martial Arts
G Force Martial Arts has been built over the past 20 years by Sensei Gordon Burcham, a 3x World Kickboxing Champion.
Today, the organisation supports more than 600 students through its Rugby headquarters and multiple locations nationwide. The business operates a structured curriculum, established instructor standards, and comprehensive support systems to help instructors succeed.
Training & Development
Every instructor completes the G Force 12-Module Instructor Development Programme.
You'll receive:

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Lead structured classes independently
- Support coaching teams during sessions
- Deliver the G Force curriculum professionally and consistently
- Demonstrate and teach techniques confidently
- Maintain engagement, discipline, and energy within classes
- Represent the G Force brand positively
- Support gradings and major events
- Assist with basic member administration and marketing activities
All instructors must be capable of taking full responsibility for a class when required.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of training in a striking martial art
- Minimum 1 year of coaching, teaching, fitness instruction, or similar experience
- Confidence delivering group sessions
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to follow structured systems and processes
- Commitment to regular timetabled classes
- Willingness to attend an intensive one-week training programme at Rugby HQ
- Availability to support quarterly weekend gradings and occasional events
- Full driving licence and access to transport
- Enhanced DBS check (required upon appointment)
