Role Overview

Please note this is a part time (Wednesday-Friday) 6 month fixed term contract.

Pay - £25,500 (FTE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Adviser (Administrator) to support our busy and dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative processes and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Responding to telephone and email enquiries across all areas of the business
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Liaising with candidates and members regarding their applications or accounts
Maintaining databases and CPD Professional Registers
Making outbound calls to chase outstanding payments or CPD points

Person Specification

Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident problem-solver who demonstrates initiative
Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills
Understanding of GDPR principles and data handling best practices
Experience in a call centre environment (desirable)
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Xero, HubSpot, or Salesforce (beneficial)
Able to start as soon as possible
Professional, trustworthy, and respectful in all interactions
Eager to learn and contribute positively within a team
