Full job description

Hello Hello,

We are looking for a confident telephone person to join our team making a combination of outbound introductions and sales calls on behalf of our customers. We very much 'become' our client so a proactive individual that is prepared to delve deeper into who/what we are representing is desirable, and to pick-away at those questions that uncover buying signals.

This is an office based role, located in Reigate, Surrey. We're a small but personable team, bringing our 'strengths' together to better our clients own customer experience.

Specifically we provide outbound sales calls, inbound telephone answering, and use LinkedIn, CRM's and other tools extensively for prospect management.

We're NOT a call center, and would value a person that has the agility to naturally converse over the phone with different clients. Friendly, approachable, driven and reliable is what we are looking for, in someone who is career minded and carries an Account Manager mindset.

This is a full-time opportunity...

Monday to Friday.

Full-time involves typical office hours, 9:00-17:00/18:00 hours. We may be open to a job share if we for example had someone seeking 9-1pm (early shift) and another 1-6pm (late shift), or two people happy to alternate.

The right candidate will:

have the aptitude to learn about our customers and their products or services, so that conversations become natural and fluid.
have a clear telephone voice, good spelling and grammar, and be an effective note taker.
be inquisitive - asking the right questions so as to identify the current situation and any future needs.
be customer service orientated. Much of our work is driven by recommendations and efficient follow-up.

This is an in-person office based role.
