Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. As the driving force behind our kitchen operations, you will craft innovative menus, oversee food preparation, and ensure exceptional quality and presentation in every dish. Your leadership will inspire a cohesive team dedicated to delivering memorable hospitality experiences. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment focused on excellence in food production and service.
Develop creative menus that align with brand standards while incorporating seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
Oversee daily food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation meet established standards.
Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols.
Train team members on food safety regulations, proper cooking techniques, and serving procedures to uphold health standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support ongoing professional development within the team.

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
Solid understanding of food safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
Experience in restaurant operations, including serving guests and managing kitchen workflows.
Background in hospitality that emphasizes excellent customer service and guest engagement.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.
