Landscapers / Groundworkers Wanted
We’re looking for experienced self-employed Landscapers / Groundworkers to join our team, working on high-quality garden construction projects across Gwynedd, Anglesey and Conwy.
This is practical garden construction — building gardens from the design, from groundworks and hard landscaping through to the final planting.
We’re looking for people with skills and experience in:
- Mini diggers and excavation
- Groundworks and site preparation
- Drainage
- Concrete and foundations
- Paving / slabbing
- Blockwork and retaining walls
- Fencing and timber construction
- General landscape construction
Carpentry skills would be a strong advantage.
You’ll need to be confident working on site, able to work from plans, levels and measurements, and take pride in doing things properly.
Applicants with their own van and tools will be preferred.
Good rates of pay depending on experience and ability.
Work is across Gwynedd, Anglesey and Conwy.

Application question(s):
- Are you an experienced and competent excavator operator, able to work independently with machines up to 6 tonnes?
- Do you have experience with groundworks including excavation, sub-base preparation, drainage, concrete and foundations?
- Briefly describe the type of landscaping, groundworks or construction work you have been doing over the last 2–3 years.
