About the role
This role is supporting the successful implementation of our new ERP; Workday. You will provide administrative and coordination support to Programme and Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery of this key, strategic project.
Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, logs).
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Track actions and follow up on outstanding items.
Prepare presentations and briefing materials for project meetings.
Coordinate information flow between teams.
Update project status reports and dashboards.
Keep project management tools (e.g. KeyedIn) up to date and accurate with key information.
Track and monitor risks and issues.
Assist with maintaining resource demand forecasting.
Assist with budget tracking and forecasting.
What we are looking for
Strong organisation and administrative skills.
Strong communication skills to build good relationships with key stakeholders
Focus on quality
Proficient in MS applications such as Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast paced, agile environment
