Job Type: Full-Time 38.5Hr/Week

We're now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Junior to join our close-knit team.

Who We're Looking For
No previous experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn, a good head for basic maths, and the motivation to grow with us.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

A strong interest in sustainability and recycling (no technical knowledge needed)
Confidence using computers and picking up new software
A good grasp of written and spoken English
An eye for detail and solid basic maths (addition, totals, etc.)
A positive, problem-solving mindset
The ability to manage your own workload and take initiative

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support our day-to-day office operations, learning from experienced team members while contributing to key functions in the business:

Goods In and Data Entry

Accurately weigh vehicles in and out
Generate waste transfer note information and input data into tracking systems

Logistics & Admin

Coordinate customer collection schedules
Meet and greet visitors professionally
Manage incoming and outgoing post and maintain our mailbox

Customer Service & Support

Answering phone calls and acting as a key part of our customer service team
