Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our sales team. This role involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and preferably Spanish language skills. This is a paid position suitable for individuals eager to develop their sales expertise within a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication and questioning techniques
- Maintain accurate records of call interactions and client information using CRM software such as Salesforce
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
- Provide detailed reports on call outcomes, client feedback, and potential opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional manner during all interactions
Experience
- Previous experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is preferred
- Strong command of English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade effectively
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently
- Ability to work independently within a target-driven environment
