Description

Join Trowers and become an integral part of our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment and delivering exceptional support to colleagues and clients.

The Role

Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to fee earners, partners, and the wider team.

Managing files, document storage, and electronic filing systems.
Assisting with billing, credit control, and client account administration.
Producing and engrossing legal documents.
Conducting Land Registry and legal searches.
Managing data rooms, document bundles, and PDF documentation.
Providing general administrative support across the team.

The Candidate

Bring strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.

Previous administrative experience is essential.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with a methodical approach and keen eye for detail.
Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently when required.
Committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
