As an Oracle Payables Process Consulting Senior Manager in Finance Transformation, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead and manage large-scale Oracle projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Connect to your skills and professional experience
Essentials:
-
Extensive practical experience in Oracle ERP implementation /Finance Transformation programmes, with significant experience leading Purchase to Pay solutions.
-
Proven track record of leading the end-to-end Purchase to Pay workstream across complex transformation programmes, including Procurement Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Expenses, Payables and Cash Management.
-
Proven experience leading and developing a team of people.
-
Strong understanding of the end-to-end Purchase to Pay architecture, including upstream procurement and requisitioning sources, supplier and contract data, purchase orders, supplier invoicing, payment processing, cash management, accounting and reconciliation into the General Ledger

Ability to lead complex solution and design decisions, identify cross- functional dependencies and articulate the implications of design choices across Finance, Operations, Tax, Treasury, Data and Technology

Proven experience leading and developing functional teams, providing design direction, quality assurance and oversight across the Purchase to Pay workstream.

Client facing experience with a demonstrated ability to appropriately engage with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.

Broader understanding of Finance functional domains including end to end processes
- Strong understanding of implementation Lifecyle and delivery methodologies, with experience managing scope, dependencies, risks and issues across complex Oracle ERP programmes

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior Finance, business and technology stakeholders and tailor messaging to different audiences

Practical understanding of AI and Generative AI capabilities within Finance and Procurement, with the ability to identify and shape opportunities to apply AI across Purchase to Pay to drive automation, improve decision-making and delivery measurable business value

Ability to travel when required

Industry revenue models with experience in transport, consumer, utilities or public sector client

Able to pass UK Government SC clearance vetting.
