As we expand our presence on TikTok Shop, we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as a TikTok Shop Sales Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, has a knack for engaging content creation, and has a passion for home decor.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop and execute engaging and creative content for TikTok that showcases our rugs and blankets.
- Create daily/weekly video content that highlights product features, styling tips, and customer testimonials.
- Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and incorporate them into content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Promote rugs and blankets through TikTok Shop, ensuring product descriptions are accurate and enticing.
- Utilize storytelling to create compelling product narratives that drive sales.
- Implement strategies to increase follower count and engagement on our TikTok account.
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond to comments and messages from potential customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, engagement rates, and customer feedback.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to continuously improve results.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align TikTok content with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the product team to stay informed about new products, features, and updates.
- Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably on TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
