Compliance Officer – The Role:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance professional to provide high-quality support to the General Council and the Compliance & Legal team.

This role will allow you to deliver effective Compliance & Risk advice to various functions across all Broadstone entities.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Officer – Key Responsibilities:

Providing Compliance supervision and advice to Broadstone entities, with a particular focus on the Pension Administration & Advisory (PAA) business unit.
Monitoring the Compliance Team mailbox, responding to or allocating tasks to other team members. This may include supporting the MLRO with money laundering queries.
Assisting with the Training & Competence scheme, leading on training delivery and overseeing the implementation of compliance strategy, with a particular focus on PAA.
Managing junior team members, supporting in their development of knowledge and key skills.

Your Skills & Experience

Compliance Officer – You:

Prior knowledge of pensions administration and the financial services industry/regulatory environment, with awareness of different product types and service propositions.
Previous experience in the management and development of junior employees.
Effective interpersonal skills, sound judgment and sensitivity to deal with confidential business and client-related issues.
Able to prioritise and organise work effectively, working under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines.
