Equans is looking for a Maintenance Technician (Water) to join our team based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?
Undertake the water system planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown maintenance and other maintenance related activities to the Estate
- Complete maintenance and reactive tasks on the following but not limited to; TMV Servicing, Water Tanks, CLO2 Units, Showers, Water Plants, Temperature Checks

Understand the operation of water systems and good water hygiene practices to correctly apply this knowledge and understand during the performance of Estates Services maintenance and testing activities
Provide as requested by management reports, calculations, and recommendations for the correct and efficient running of all plant and equipment
Interpret and work from all instructions, drawings, and specifications appropriate to his/her own trade, without supervision
