Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Charity Fundraiser to join our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in engaging the community, cultivating relationships, and securing vital funding to support our charitable initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in social impact, marketing, and relationship management to make a meaningful difference.

Duties

Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Engage with potential donors, sponsors, and community partners through various channels including events, outreach programmes, and digital platforms.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing supporters to encourage ongoing engagement and donations.
Organise and participate in fundraising events, campaigns, and public relations activities to raise awareness of organisational objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service to donors and stakeholders, ensuring their experience is positive and rewarding.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content that promotes fundraising initiatives across multiple channels.
Monitor fundraising progress against targets and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or relationship management within the non-profit sector is preferred
Strong understanding of public relations strategies and community engagement techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire others.
Demonstrated ability to organise events and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Customer service orientation with a personable approach to stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to £10,000.00 per year
