Description

*Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Invisiblebraces4u Birmingham*
*Part-Time Position - Saturdays & Sundays 9:30AM-6:30PM*

Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) are currently seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join us at our practice, IB4U Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the West Midlands area.

You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and wider support, led by our founders, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, only a 5 minute walk from Selly Oak train station.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
Collecting & recording patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
However, if have no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role will also be considered
Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
