About The Role

Bodyshop Technician

Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Blackpool

Full-time | 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

At Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Blackpool, we’re offering a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated Bodyshop Technician to join one of the UK’s leading automotive groups, working with the latest technology and tools in a well-equipped repair centre.

In this role:

You’ll perform body repairs to all vehicles (both on a large scale, such as stripping and refitting doors, and smaller scale, such as dent removal, scratch repair and refinish), ensuring a high standard of work.
You’ll work closely with other members of the team such as estimators, painters and the Bodyshop Manager
You’ll achieve and exceed assessed timelines, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, accurately and in line with safety and manufacturer standards.

We're looking for:

Someone with experience as a Bodyshop Technician, ideally from a main dealer or bodyshop environment.
Someone with a strong focus on quality and process, who takes pride in doing things right the first time.
Someone dependable, a team player who understands the importance of workplace safety and workshop cleanliness.
Most importantly, someone who’s committed to high standards of work and ready to grow with an employer who invests in their people.
