Junior Account Executive
Location: Preston Area
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join a growing business in the Preston area, offering excellent earning potential, structured development, and genuine career progression.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a full 360 sales role and wants the autonomy to manage their own pipeline while being supported by comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing new business opportunities.
Identifying and engaging potential SME customers.
Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
Providing exceptional customer service and ongoing account support.
Managing onboarding, pricing discussions, billing queries, and service improvements.
Developing a strong pipeline of opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Becoming a trusted advisor to customers and supporting their long-term success.
Working towards performance targets and progression milestones.

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential for candidates with the right attitude and motivation.
