Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our retail and wholesale sales team to new heights! Duties

Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and administrative tasks.

Organize schedules, assign duties, and monitor team performance to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or sales supervision with a strong track record of leadership success.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high levels of motivation and engagement.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising, inventory management, and administrative duties.
Experience in supervising staff, managing time efficiently, and implementing sales strategies.
Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising principles, and customer service best practices.
Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
