We are seeking a skilled and reliable Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lock mechanisms, security systems & access control, and key cutting techniques. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by ensuring their security needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks and locking mechanisms for residential and commercial customers.
- Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and professionally.
- Cut keys.
- Conduct security assessments to recommend appropriate locking solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Stay updated on the latest locksmithing techniques and security technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Locksmith.
- Strong knowledge of lock types, key cutting, and security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- A valid driving licence.
- Relevant certifications or training in locksmithing would be beneficial but not essential.
