Are you an Electrical or Building Services professional looking for the opportunity to build something bigger?

Elevate FM is a growing commercial facilities management and property maintenance business with ambitious plans to become a £10–15m organisation over the next five years.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Electrical & Building Services to help us grow our presence across Manchester and the surrounding areas.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands the technical services environment and wants to use that knowledge to build customer relationships, win new business and help shape a growing division.

The Opportunity:

As Business Development Manager, you will help develop Elevate's Electrical and Building Services offering across Manchester.

You will:

Develop new commercial customer relationships.
Identify opportunities within Electrical and Building Services.
Meet customers and understand their challenges.
Build trusted relationships with property managers and facilities teams.
Support reactive maintenance and planned maintenance opportunities.
Work with our operations team and contractor network to deliver solutions.
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
Manage your pipeline and sales activity.

This role is ideal for someone who understands technical services and wants the opportunity to influence and grow a business area.

Your Background:

You may currently work within:

Electrical contracting
Electrical compliance
Building services
HVAC / Mechanical services
M&E contracting
Facilities Management
Technical service sales

You may be:

A Business Development Manager.
An Account Manager.
A Contracts Manager looking for a commercial role.
An Estimator with strong customer relationships.
A technical professional ready to move into sales.

Package:

£40,000 basic salary.
Increase to £45,000 after successful probation.
Uncapped commission structure.
Realistic first-year earnings £60,000–£65,000.
£295 per month car allowance.
