Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Service Manager to lead our service team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate service activities, and foster a customer-centric environment. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, promote upselling opportunities, and uphold high standards of mechanical knowledge and customer service. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to influence service quality while managing a motivated team dedicated to delivering outstanding results.

Duties

Lead and motivate the service team to achieve performance goals and deliver top-tier customer service.
Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
Maintain comprehensive mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, guide technicians, and ensure quality repairs.
Manage warranty processing and handling procedures accurately during transactions, ensuring compliance with the brands along with company policies.
Foster strong relationships with customers by providing transparent communication, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring their needs are met.
Monitor inventory levels of parts and tools, coordinating with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.

Experience

Proven experience in service management or supervisory roles within a technical or retail environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems and guide troubleshooting efforts.
Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques that increase revenue while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Excellent customer service skills with a track record of building positive client relationships.
Experience controlling warranty processing and transactions accurately and responsibly.
Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum 5 years experience in Service manager role
