Full job description

Ready to drive growth with a business that genuinely values relationships?

Response-able Solutions is looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you'll have the freedom to develop your territory, build long-term partnerships and be rewarded with an uncapped commission structure.

You'll be responsible for both developing new business and nurturing our valued existing customers, ensuring the outstanding service and reputation that RAS is known for continues to grow.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll work remotely whilst managing a territory.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing new business opportunities across a range of sectors.
Managing and growing relationships with existing customers.
Identifying opportunities within fleet, corporate, Blue Light and commercial markets.
Promoting both Trade Plate services and trailered customer solutions.
Conducting regular customer visits across your territory.
Maintaining an active sales pipeline and delivering regular updates.
Representing RAS professionally both in person and online through regular LinkedIn and social media activity

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships just as much as winning new business.

Ideally, you'll have:

Proven Business Development or Account Management experience.
Motor trade experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience selling into commercial or fleet markets (desirable).
A proactive, self-motivated approach.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Confidence working independently in a remote role.
A full UK driving licence.

£30,000–£35,000 basic salary

OTE of £55,000+
