We are looking for friendly, reliable ambitious people, regardless of experience, to join our wonderful team of Loneliness companions (home care assistants).

You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry-leading training.

So, if you enjoy giving back, then we need you. We are recruiting for carers to support vulnerable adults in the local community who need care and assistance in their own home.

What we offer our Care Givers:

Premium hourly rates

From £14.40 per hour with additional £2 per hour at weekends
Time and a half on bank holidays
Holiday Pay
Mileage expenses 34p per mile
Travel time pay
Mobile phone allowance

DBS – fully refunded after 6 months of employment

The opportunity to be part of a ‘family feel’, supportive team of Care Assistants

Duties will include:

Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
Personal care
Administering medication
Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
Shopping
Housekeeping
Meal preparation
Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements of a Care Giver:

Be available for some early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends
Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
Have a genuine passion to want to help others
Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer or Heath Care Assistant we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, but you are kind and patient and find great satisfaction in helping people to allow them a great quality of life then this would be a suitable role for you. We provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: Customer Services, Retail, Hospitality, Hairdressers/ Beauticians, Nursery Nurses, Teaching Assistants, Caterer / Kitchen Porter and cleaners.
