Full job description

Support Worker (Internally known as Enablement Practitioner)

Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

Hourly Rate: £15.69 and & £90.00 per sleep in shift

Hours Per Week: 36 hours Days or 42 hours wake nights

Time of shifts: 08.00 to 20.00 pm and 20.00m to 08.00 am

**Full UK driving licence required**

About the role

The person you will be supporting is living in their own home in Bournemouth, Dorset, and is supported on a 3 to 1 support ratio.

They have a diagnosis of schizophrenia, autism, and generalised anxiety disorder.

They are looking for team members who enjoy being outside and taking part in different activities like walking, swimming, and badminton.

It is essential that team member have a real interest & love of animals as they have a Dog, parrot, and pet rat.

When upset, they need individuals supporting them who can balance their own emotions and help them to regulate theirs. They need support navigating social situations/conversations as don't always understand sarcasm or if they are being rude .

When inside, they have real interest in arts and crafts and would like people who are naturally creative to support them and be part of their team.

They are looking for resilient, fun, outgoing experienced team members that want to enable them to live their best life.
