Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new customers and expand existing client relationships
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient workflow
- Speak and understand Africa culture
- Fluent in Nigeria local language
- Understand the African Foods ingredients and prescription
- Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, sales data, and follow-up activities
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory levels, and customer feedback using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and brand guidelines at all timesQualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail management, or customer service roles; experience with Salesforce or CRM software is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and motivate team members
- Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies and execute them effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and reporting
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
