The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Conveyancing Administrator at our Basildon office. Duties include, but are not limited to: -
* Ordering documents from HMLR and support of issuing draft contract packs
* Reviewing Client AML & ID Documents
*Ordering Searches
* Exchange and Completion Letters
*Land Registry & Bankruptcy Searches
* Stamp Duty Returns
* Updating Estate Agents, Brokers and clients when necessary
* General support to your Fee Earner/Case Handler
* Working as part of a team
