Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR and Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support our human resources and administrative functions. . The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills to help maintain our high standards of service.

Duties

Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes, including data entry into our platform
Maintain employee records accurately and securely.
Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews and managing applicant data through Salesforce or similar tools
Manage social media accounts and assist with internal communication efforts to promote company culture and updates.
Handle general administrative tasks. Creating a periodic newsletter for staff.
Support payroll processing administration by verifying employee information and updating records
Contribute to maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Staff reviews and appraisels.
Disciplinaries and investigations.
Proven experience in administrative roles within a human resources environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with team members and external partners
Experience with data entry and record keeping. Good computor skills.
Help change the format of the onboarding to a more streamline and efficient system. Good understanding of AI software.
Organising staff annual leave.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience working with HR is highly desirable Join us as an HR and Admin Assistant to play a vital role in supporting our team’s success! We’re committed to fostering a positive work environment where your skills can thrive while contributing to our ongoing growth.
Extra work on an ad hoc basis to cover annual leave.
Above all you will have impeccable attention to detail and a port of call for staff. An excellent ability to outsource and use new software to help the training on boarding process. Have previous HR knowledge and skills.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Tamworth B79 7TA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
