Full job description

Job Description (NOT working at the prison, the role is feeding construction workers)

We're looking for a hands-on Catering Supervisor for our canteen in HM Gartree. This will involve overseeing the Day-to-Day Management of one of our onsite Operations including hospitality, snack van food amongst other food related requirements.

Responsibilities:

Shift Management
Stock Control
Operational Standards and Documentation
Training & Development
Delivering a Great Customer Service culture with your team
Delivering a "Working in a Team" culture
General Kitchen Duties

Skills:

Keen eye for detail
Ability to train, coach and inspire others
Passion for food and customer service
Clear Communicator both verbally and written
Professional attitude with a sense of humour

General hours: Monday – Friday / shifts between 6:00am - 4.00pm

DUE TO LOCATION OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.50 per hour
