Full job description

Looking to join successful family business that takes pride in their quality of work and customer service?

We're winning a lot of new projects and therefore we're looking for an experienced Civils Operative to join our team, working along the South Coast.

Location: Brighton

Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Projects: Drainage/Civils

What will your role involve?

Carrying out sewer connections, towing and operating diggers up to 8tonne, replacing collapsed pipes, deep excavations, laying hot lay tarmac, manhole cover replacements, spot digging, new installations, dig ups, NRSWA, reinstatement.

What are we looking for?

Must have 3+ years' experience in civils/groundworks in the drainage industry.
Driver's License is essential.
A motivated and problem-solving attitude is essential. We provide professional growth and support, and prior experience in drainage is important for effective problem-solving whilst on-site.

What will you get?

Work-life balance: your working hours will be 7.30am - 4.30pm. Overtime is sometimes required and this is paid.
Further professional development e.g. paid tickets and qualifications.
Salary is dependent on experience.
Van & fuel card provided - head to site from home - driver's license is required.
