Equans is looking for a Multi-trade Technician to join our team covering Brighton (Mobile). This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Carry out allocated planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks safely and on schedule, including fire door, water hygiene (L8), and emergency lighting checks.
- Perform general building repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and installation of furniture/equipment.
- Maintain clean and tidy common areas, plant rooms, storerooms and undertake landscaping duties as required.
- Monitor stock levels, manage ordering processes, attend reactive calls, and keep maintenance records up to date.

Who are you?
- Experienced facility maintenance professional with proven FM environment experience.
- Good understanding of the FM industry and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-profile settings.
- Confident communicator across all levels, with strong team focus and leadership potential.
- IOSH Managing Safely qualified with solid PC skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised to high standards, maintaining safety and professionalism.
