We are looking for experienced fixers who can read technical drawings, provide their own tools, and work efficiently as part of a team.
The role involves installing a cladding system to the ground-floor elevation of a commercial building. The system consists of C-channels, brackets, vertical and horizontal rails, as well as the installation of fire barriers and insulation. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with these types of cladding systems.
The finished façade is clad in stone panels of varying weights, with the heaviest panels weighing approximately 50 kg. You must therefore be comfortable with manual handling and lifting materials of this weight in accordance with safe working practices.
You will be required to work from scaffold towers and scissor lifts, so experience working safely at height is essential.
Working hours:
- 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- A mandatory daily site briefing takes place at 7:30 am, with work commencing at 8:00 am.
- Two 30-minute breaks are provided each day, at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.
