Full job description

We are looking for a passionate Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of autistic young people we work with. In this role, you will provide high-quality PBS advice and support, helping to create enabling environments and reduce barriers to learning.

Working as part of a transdisciplinary team, you will:
Undertake functional and risk assessments, developing and implementing individualised PBS plans.
Coach and support staff teams to embed PBS practices and build their skills and confidence.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to promote understanding of behaviours that challenge and teach functional alternatives.
Contribute to service development, ensuring best practice and consistency in PBS approaches.

About you:
You will be experienced in supporting young people with complex behavioural needs, with strong skills in assessment, planning, and delivering impactful interventions. A collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and commitment to person-centred practice are essential.
