Full job description

We’re looking for an experienced signage artworker to join our production team in Bristol.

We have a strong team culture and nearly 200 five-star customer reviews, built on doing quality work, paying attention to detail, and running jobs properly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on signage artwork role, not a conceptual or branding position. Accuracy, consistency, and the ability to follow a brief are essential. The artwork you prepare will go straight into large-format print, cutting, and installation.

If you’ve worked in signage, understand production realities, and take pride in getting things right first time, this could be a great fit.

The role

Producing and amending artwork for signage and large-format print
Setting up print-ready files accurately
Following briefs clearly and consistently
Applying correct bleed, scale, colour setup, layers, and file naming
Preparing files for print and finishing
Checking artwork thoroughly before it goes to production
Working closely with production to avoid errors and rework
Confident answering the phone when required and communicating clearly
Bringing a positive, professional attitude to the team

Essential experience

At least 1 year’s experience in a signage or large-format print environment
Proven experience producing print-ready artwork
Strong attention to detail
Confident following briefs accurately
Organised, methodical working style
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Reliable and positive approach to work

Desirable (but not essential)

Understanding of colour management for large-format print
Experience in a fast-paced signage or print environment

This role is not

A branding or conceptual design role
A trainee or junior position
Freelance or remote

Accuracy and consistency matter more than creative flair.
