Club Manager – Bristol

Snap Fitness, launched in 2003, is the world’s largest and fastest-growing 24/7 fitness franchise, with over 2,000 clubs operating worldwide across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the U.S., Canada, India and Mexico.

Here in the UK, we are proud to be the largest Snap Fitness franchisee, operating 23 gyms nationwide. Backed by a robust central support team, we provide our Club Managers with the tools, training and resources they need to succeed while empowering them to take ownership of their club’s growth and culture.

Our clubs offer state-of-the-art facilities, including an Olympic lifting platform, full range of functional free weights, squat racks, TRX, group fitness classes, a small group personal training area, and much more.

The Opportunity

Due to an exciting internal promotion, we are now seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Club Manager to lead our Bristol facility.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven professional to take the next step in their career. We’re looking for someone with the energy, passion and vision to build on our success, drive membership growth, and ensure Snap Fitness Taunton continues to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving membership sales through community engagement and corporate outreach
Overseeing marketing initiatives to support club growth
Leading and developing a team of Personal Trainers
Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety
Managing club administration, social media and reporting
Ensuring a supportive and motivating environment for both staff and members

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales and people management
Outstanding customer service and leadership skills
A results-driven approach with a track record of hitting targets
Strong organisational skills and business acumen
REPS Level 3 certification and First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential)

The Role:
This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility to work mornings, evenings and some weekends on a rota basis.
