We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Zetland Vets on a part-time basis.

A team of 17 Veterinary Surgeons and 15 Registered Veterinary Nurses across eight sites in Bristol will welcome you, many of whom have been with the practice for more than a decade. As an RCVS-accredited veterinary practice, we take pride in delivering exceptional care to both our patients and clients.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

Mondays: 8:30am - 2:00pm

Tuesdays: 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Wednesdays: 8:30am - 2:00pm
